The MyFamous Mobile Application is a multifaceted solution, seamlessly blending social media and e-commerce functionalities with convenient pickup and delivery services. This unified platform offers users a comprehensive and engaging experience.
1.1 Social Media Platform:
Experience the best of social media with popular elements such as Stories, Live streaming, Posts, Reels, and real-time chat. MyFamous provides a unique space for users to connect with influencers, fostering meaningful interactions that go beyond the ordinary.
1.2 Pickup and Delivery:
MyFamous goes beyond the traditional by incorporating a pickup and delivery service. Users can conveniently pick up their orders, adding a layer of flexibility and convenience to their overall experience within the app.
1.3 Earn with Pickup Service:
Explore the opportunity to not just use the platform but also contribute and earn. MyFamous allows users to offer pickup services for fellow users, providing a chance to earn income. These earnings are seamlessly credited to users’ wallets, creating a community-driven and rewarding environment.
2.User Types
2.1 Normal Users (Consumers):
Normal users have access to a variety of features, including Famous Stories, Friends Stories, Upload Own Story, Chat, Menu Bar, Explore, Brands, Reels, My Famous, Profile, Wallet, Public Figure, and the ability to Register as a Brand.
2.2 Famous Persons:
Famous “persons” are individuals who have been verified by the admin as public figures. They have access to additional features beyond those available to normal users.
Note: Please note that users who become normal brand users cannot become Famous users. However, Famous users can set up their own brands within the Famous Brand section.
2.3 Brands:
Brands are entities registered on MyFamous that can list and sell their products or services.
Note: Normal users can become brand users after admin approval, but Famous users can create their brands within the Famous Brands section.
2.4 Famous Pickup Users:
Famous Pickup Users play a vital role in the MyFamous ecosystem. By registering as Famous Pickup Users, individuals can offer pickup services for orders from brands, earning credits in their wallets and contributing to a community-driven delivery network.
3.User Responsibilities and Conduct
3.1 Account Security:
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and any other authentication information.
- Users must promptly notify MyFamous of any unauthorized access or use of their account.
3.2 Accurate Information:
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep their profile information up to date.
3.3 Compliance with Laws:
- Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights while using the MyFamous application.
3.4 Respect for Others:
- Users must respect the rights and dignity of others and refrain from engaging in abusive, offensive, or harmful behaviour towards other users, celebrities, brands, or any third parties.
3.5 Content Restrictions:
- Users are prohibited from posting or sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademarks.
- Content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise violates community standards is strictly prohibited.
6.6 Data Privacy:
- Users must respect the privacy of others and refrain from collecting or soliciting personal information from other users without their consent.
3.7 Unauthorized Activities:
- Users must not engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities on the MyFamous platform, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber-attacks.
3.8 Impersonation:
- Users must not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to celebrities, brands, or MyFamous staff.
3.9 Spam and Unwanted Communications:
- Users must not engage in spamming or sending unsolicited communications, including but not limited to promotional messages or unwanted friend requests.
3.10 Respect for Platform Integrity:
- Users must not attempt to manipulate or disrupt the normal functioning of the MyFamous platform, including but not limited to the use of automated scripts or bots.
3.11 Reporting Violations:
- Users are encouraged to report any violations of these terms or any suspicious activity on the platform promptly.
3.12 Children’s Privacy:
- Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the MyFamous application. If a user becomes aware of any user under 13 using the platform, they must report it immediately.
3.13 Community Guidelines:
- Users must adhere to MyFamous community guidelines, which may be updated from time to time, to ensure a positive and respectful user experience.
Note: These user responsibilities and conduct guidelines are in place to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users of the MyFamous platform. MyFamous reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of accounts, for any violation of these guidelines.

4.1 Famous Story:
Normal users are granted the ability to engage with renowned figures through the “Famous Story” feature. This includes exclusive live streams, providing users with an immersive, real-time connection to the daily lives of famous personalities.
4.2 Friends Story:
The “Friends Story” feature ensures that users can effortlessly stay informed about the activities of their friends and followers. This encompasses live streams and shared stories, fostering a sense of community within the platform.
4.3 Upload Own Story:
Empowering individual expression, the “Upload Own Story” feature allows users to share their unique experiences, moments, and live streams, contributing to the creation of a dynamic and engaging user community.
4.4 Chat:
The “Chat” feature facilitates both one-to-one and group conversations, offering users a seamless communication channel with fellow users, celebrities, and brands.
4.5 Menu Bar:

We will be paying to every MyFamous or any revenue to the other users from Sept1st, 2025.
Black Box:
Within the “Black Box” feature, users can explore and share journey moments, comprising photos and location updates. This not only allows users to curate their experiences but also encourages sharing within the MyFamous community.
Check-In:
Enabling real-world interactions, the “Check-In” feature lets users request check-ins at nearby locations from others, providing opportunities for spontaneous connections.
Find Me:
The “Find Me” feature displays the live location of Famous users, Famous Pickup users, and users themselves on an interactive map, enhancing real-time connectivity and user engagement.
4.6 Explore:
The “Explore” feature empowers users to discover and interact with a diverse range of content. From posts by friends and Famous Users to exploring Black Box uploads from renowned personalities, this feature acts as a digital compass guiding users through the richness of MyFamous content.
4.7 Brands:
Normal users can seamlessly browse and order products and services from both regular and famous brands, providing a multifaceted shopping experience.
All Brands:
Users can explore products from regular brands, choosing between Self-Pickup or requesting Famous Pickup users for delivery.
Famous Brands:
This section exclusively showcases products from famous users with their own brands, streamlining the ordering process for a seamless delivery experience.
4.8 Reels:
The “Reels” feature enhances user engagement by allowing them to enjoy and interact with multimedia content posted by others through likes and comments, creating a dynamic and engaging multimedia experience.
4.9 My Famous:
“My Famous” provides users with a curated list of influencers and guest users adorned with the prestigious Famous badge. Categorized by badge type, this feature enhances the discoverability of influential personalities, making it easier for users to connect with those who inspire them.
4.10 Profile:
The “Profile” feature empowers users to manage their MyFamous experience comprehensively. From handling profile settings to viewing and updating their Black Box, managing posts, stories, and live streams, this feature fosters personalization and self-expression.
4.11 Wallet:
The “Wallet” feature allows users to access and manage their MyFamous wallet. This includes the ability to transfer funds to other users’ wallets and monitor spending activities, promoting financial transparency and control.
4.12 Public Figure:
Normal users aspiring to become Famous users can apply for this status. Once verified by the admin, they gain access to additional features, unlocking new opportunities for content creation and heightened engagement within the platform.
4.13 Register as a Brand:
Normal users can elevate their presence by registering as brands within MyFamous, showcasing their products. Approval from the admin is required for listing products online, ensuring a curated and trustworthy marketplace.
4.14 Register as a Famous Pickup User:
Users can register as “Famous Pickup” users, offering their services to pick up orders from brands for fellow users. In return, these individuals earn credits in their wallet, fostering a collaborative and interconnected ecosystem within the MyFamous platform.
5. In-App Purchase
5.1 In-App Purchase:
Within the MyFamous Application, users may encounter a variety of in-app purchase opportunities, encompassing virtual items, credits, subscriptions, and other digital goods or services collectively referred to as “In-App Purchases.” These transactions provide users with enhanced features, virtual goods, or premium content to enrich their MyFamous experience.
5.2 Payment Methods:
In-App Purchases offer users the flexibility to utilize various payment methods accepted by the MyFamous platform.
